Service Description
A Sidewalk Scientist will come to your home, school, or camp and guide you and your kids through a series of three science experiments. We provide the materials and lab goggles. All you have to do is prepare to learn the Scientific Method - and get messy doing it! TOPICS: Math | Chemistry | Astronomy | Physics | Biology | Optics & Light | Music & Sound | Electricity & Magnetism | Paleontology | Engineering | Art | Anatomy | Geology Great for private groups of up to 20 kids. Organizations may include up to 32 kids. Recommended for ages 5-15. Rescheduling due to inclement weather on an as-needed basis. Family Event Cost: $300.00 Organization Cost: $350.00 Required Deposit: 50% total cost
Cancellation Policy
Booking deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel or reschedule your event less than 7 days before your event, you will be charged a $25.00 fee. If our educators reach out to change the date due to special circumstances (i.e. weather) you will not be charged any extra fee. In the event of inclement weather, our educators will contact you to discuss and reschedule the event free of charge. No shows are not refundable in any amount, and your event will be deprioritized from our schedule until we can fit you in.
